Will I have to travel to you or do you work on site?

We travel anywhere to you, so you can just relax and enjoy your special day. (Please note, additional travel fee may apply depending on your location).

What is included with makeup and hairstyling services?

Manual or airbrush makeup application, plus false lashes of your choice (individual or strip). We use only premium and luxury products, that we know will deliver maximum quality results and long wearing durability. Every bride also receives a complimentary custom made touch up kit for the big day.

Hairstyling includes blowout (client arrives with wet hair) and/or dry styling (using hot tools and hair pins.) Styles includes: updo, half up, curls, waves etc.

Do you provide services for other events?

Yes, of course. Bridal showers, photoshoots, birthday parties, proms, galas or any other special event, we are here to help you look your best.

Do you do destination weddings?

Certainly! We would love to be a part of your special day, wherever you are. Please contact us for more details.

How do I prepare my skin and hair before my appointment?

You want to make sure you arrive with a clean face. If you have any favorite moisturizers you can use it in the morning as well. If you want to do a facial or use something you've never used before, we recommend to try it out at least 1-2 weeks before the day, to make sure your skin won't get any undesirable reactions.

Arrive with clean, ready to style hair. For dry styling try to wash your hair in the morning or the night before (depending on your hair type and texture). For blowout it should be washed in the morning and still wet at the time of the appointment. We also don't recommend using any hair masks or try new products the day of.

How much time does it take to get ready?

For a wedding day we usually give 2 hours for the bride's hair and makeup (or 1 hour for each service). And 45 minutes per service for each additional guest.
For any other special event we require 45 min for makeup and 45min for hairstyling.
(Note, additional time would have to be scheduled if you want a blowout and dry styling).
We also help to create a schedule for you and all the members of your party, so the day goes smooth and everyone is ready on time.

Do I need to do a trial run before my wedding day?

Yes, it’s highly recommended to ensure you’re happy with the look.

How do I prepare for a trial?

Come with clean face and hair, and bring inspiration photos.

How long does a trial take?

Around 1.5 hrs for makeup and 1.5–2 hrs for hair. Total time usually under 4 hours.

Can I change my look after a trial?

Yes, just bring new inspiration or book another trial.

Do you stay with the bride through photos and ceremony?

Yes, we can stay as long as needed—contact us to arrange.

How large of a party can you service for hair and makeup?

We can handle any size party with our experienced team.

Do you work with different skin tones and eye shapes?

Yes, we work with all ethnicities and features.

Do you offer services for early morning?

Yes, we’re available anytime. A fee may apply before 7am.

How far in advance should I book an artist?

As soon as possible. Popular dates book quickly!

Do you offer a discount?

Packages vary by party size and service—contact us for pricing.

What do I need to do to book my date?

We require a signed contract and non-refundable retainer.

Can I cancel or request a refund for the services?

No refunds for completed services. Cancellations must be 90+ days in advance. Retainers are non-refundable.

Is gratuity included in the price?

No. It’s not included. Please consider travel and time when tipping.

Can you do a trial for someone from my bridal party?

Yes! We’d love to help anyone in your party.

Do you provide services for LGBTQ+ community?

Absolutely. Love is love, and we support every identity and expression.
